International Technology Consultancy Services Contract

This agreement is made and effective on [date], between [client name], referred to as Client, and [consultant name], referred to as Consultant.

Whereas, the Client is in need of consultancy services related to technology;

Whereas, the Consultant is an individual qualified and experienced in providing such services;

Now therefore, in consideration of the mutual promises and conditions contained herein, the parties agree as follows:

Services

The Consultant agrees to provide the Client with the following services: [list of services that the consultant shall provide].

Timeframe

The Consultant shall provide the above-mentioned services over a period of [period], commencing on [date], and concluding on [date].

The Consultant shall provide regular updates to the Client on his/her progress and results.

Compensation

In consideration for the services to be provided by the Consultant, the Client shall pay a consultancy fee of [fee], paid in [payment plan]. The payments should be made within [number of] days after the invoice is raised by the Consultant.

Confidentiality

The parties agree to keep the terms and conditions of this agreement strictly confidential. This includes any information or documents pertaining to either partys trade secrets, intellectual property or business strategies.

Non-solicitation

During the time of this agreement and for a period of [period] thereafter, neither party shall solicit the employees of the other party without the expressed prior written permission of the other.

Termination

This agreement may be terminated by either party with written notice in the event of breach of contract.

Entire Agreement

This entire agreement is the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior agreement, understanding or arrangement between the parties, whether oral or in writing. No modification of this agreement shall be valid unless agreed to in writing by both parties.

Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of [jurisdiction].

International Technology Consulting Services Contract

This contract is between Party A and Party B to provide international technology consulting services.

Party A agrees to provide Party B with the services of assessing the technology needs of an international business. The assessment includes gathering data about the company’s current technology, researching the available technologies available to assist with the company’s needs, and making recommendations on which technologies would be most beneficial.

Party B agrees to pay Party A’s hourly rate for all services rendered. All payments are to be made on time and in full. In addition, Party B agrees to reimburse Party A for any related travel expenses incurred while performing the consulting services.

Party A agrees to abide by all applicable laws and regulations concerning their international technology consulting services. In addition, Party A agrees to keep all services confidential and not to divulge any information to anyone without Party B’s written permission.

Both parties agree to use their best efforts to resolve any disputes arising out of or related to this contract. If the Parties are unable to do so, both Parties agree to submit to binding arbitration.

Both Parties agree not to make any false or disparaging remarks about each other and agree not to disclose or make use of the confidential information obtained from the other party except as is necessary for the performance of their duties.

This contract is in force upon the date and signature of Party A and Party B and remains in force until terminated by either party in writing, with 30 days’ notice.
