Unsatisfactory Negotiation Outcome
Negotiation is an integral part of many aspects of everyday life, from business transactions to job offers to deals with friends and family. Negotiations can range from highly complex resolution processes to simple negotiations of opportunity costs. Despite the fact that both parties to a negotiation may feel entirely satisfied with an outcome, or even consider a negotiation successful, if one party is left feeling as though they have made a bad deal then the overall negotiation could be considered unsatisfactory.

For example, some people may be apt to accept the first offer they receive, thinking they cant do any better and so they dont negotiate further. This may mean that they find themselves in an unfavorable position later, when its too late to do anything about it.
