GBJ74-84 Petroleum warehouse design specification

1 Introduction

This specification is established in accordance with GBJ74-84 petroleum warehouse design specification standard. Petroleum warehouses are widely used in industrial and agricultural fields, providing a safe, flexible and effective platform for storing crude oil, gasoline and diesel. In order to ensure the safe storage of petroleum products, major oil companies should design and build petroleum warehouses with the following safety requirements:

2 Safety Requirements

2.1 Petroleum warehouses should be constructed with material which is fire resistant, strong and durable.

2.2 Petroleum warehouses should have adequate fire protection systems, including fire alarms, fire-fighting equipment, fire extinguishing systems and other related measures.

2.3 Petroleum warehouses should have adequate lightning protection systems to protect workers and equipment from lightning strikes.

2.4 Petroleum warehouses should have an effective ventilation system to ensure proper air flow and reduce indoor air pollution.

2.5 Petroleum warehouses should have adequate security measures, including access control systems, surveillance cameras and other necessary measures.

2.6 Petroleum warehouses should have adequate lighting system to provide enough light in different areas.

2.7 Petroleum warehouses should be equipped with appropriate safety signs and labels.

3 Design Requirements

3.1 The layout of the petroleum warehouses should be reasonable and reasonable, reasonable and reasonable in all aspects, and big things should be placed first.

3.2 The warehouse should be planned and constructed with reasonable clearance, efficient traffic, reasonable flow line and reasonable area.

3.3 The warehouses should have enough storeroom, office and other supporting facilities.

3.4 The warehouses should have an effective drainage system, fire-fighting system and circulation system.

3.5 The warehouses should be equipped with control, monitoring and safety systems.

3.6 The warehouses should be constructed with green materials, energy saving and environmental protection, in line with the requirements of GB/T 18224-2000 environment labeling.

4 Conformance

When constructing the petroleum warehouses, all design plans should be carried out in strict accordance with GBJ74-84 standards. The users should also strictly follow all requirements of GBJ74-84. The designed petroleum warehouses should be qualified in all aspects in order to ensure the safe storage of petroleum products.
