Abstract

Longbar products are important components in modern industrial production, and their performance and production process requirements are constantly improving. Nickel alloys, as one of the important materials for the manufacture of long bars, are increasingly being used in industrial production. This article summarises the application of nickel alloys in the production of long bars in China and its influencing factors, such as the gradual improvement of the production and performance of nickel-based alloys in the past, and the demand for long bar products with higher requirements. At the same time, the evaluation method of production process is introduced. Through a comprehensive comparison of the advantages and disadvantages of nickel alloys, this paper concludes that nickel alloys have a great advantage in the development of Chinese long bar production, and they will play an increasingly important role in the future.
