It has the advantages of high hardness, good wear resistance, stable performance and good comprehensive mechanical properties. It is suitable for processing hard and brittle materials, with the highest cutting speed of 500-700m/min.

2、 Annealing temperature is 820-890℃,almost constant temperature of 2h, furnace cool.

3、 Hardening temperature is 1150°C, holding time is 15 minutes, air cooled or oil cooled.
