Recent Progress in Manufacturing Technology of Medicine Core Welding Wire by Turntable Method
Welding technology is one of the key parts in manufacturing technology. The improvement of welding technology can not only improve the working efficiency and reduce the cost, but also guarantee the quality of the product. Therefore, the development of welding technology is of great significance for the industry. Recently, the manufacturing technology of medicine core welding wire by turntable method has made great progress in many aspects. This paper briefly introduces the research progress of this technology in recent years.
The basic principle of the medical core welding wire manufacturing technology by turntable method is to use a turntable made of steel wire to guide and drive the core wire through the welding area, and then concentrate the welding current of multiple welding electrodes on the core wire to form multiple welding spots in a circular shape. This process not only requires the high precision of the turntable, but also requires the manufacturing accuracy of the welding current and welding spots, which is the key factor that determines the quality of the welding wire.
Recently, a kind of new welding current forming technology has made great progress. This technology uses a numerical controlled stepping motor with an individual load resistor for each welding electrode to ensure the accuracy of stably regulating the welding current of each welding electrode. Therefore, a type of new wire feeder is developed. This new wire feeder alloy is divided into three parts: actuator, driving wheel and silica gel ring. The friction between the silica gel ring and the surface of the core wire can effectively improve the feeding accuracy and ensure the stability of the feeding speed, which is beneficial for ensuring the consistency of the welding wire diameter and the object to be welded.
At the same time, in order to ensure the high efficiency of the manufacturing technology, a coil welding machine is added to this process, which can carry out a large number of welding points at the same time. With the help of a coil welding machine and other automatic devices, the welding efficiency of this process has been significantly improved, and the welding spot quality is also better than before.
