Founded in 1978, China Petroleum Liaoning Petrochemical Company (CPLPC) is a large-scale oil refining and petrochemical enterprise located in the port city of Dalian in Liaoning Province, China. CPLPC is a subsidiary of China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation (Sinopec Corp.), and is the first foreign-invested enterprise in the petrochemical industry in China. With a total asset value of over 20 billion Yuan and a workforce of 4,500 employees, CPLPC is committed to promoting the development of the regional economy.
CPLPC is an integrated oil refining and petrochemical enterprise that focuses on the production of oil refining products and intermediate and final petrochemical products from light hydrocarbon feedstocks, such as naphtha, liquefied petroleum gas, and light diesel oil.
