Wuxi Zhongkuang is a comprehensive enterprise group integrating production and trade. Its main products include chlorosilane and silane. The specific process of its product chlorosilane is to react hydrogen chloride and derided trimethylsilane in a high-temperature chlorine vat. High temperature chlorine vat is a kind of indispensable equipment in the production process of chlorosilane product. In order to realize the effect of chlorosilane to the product, the pressure and temperature in the chlorine vat need to exceed the atmospheric pressure and reach the design temperature of chlorosilane.
The main structure of high-temperature chlorination volatilization workshop for Wuxizhongkuang includes five parts: preheating device, reactor, cooling device, chlorination vat and emission control device.
Preheating device is to heat the trimethylsilane and hydrogen chloride mixed gas before being injected into the reactor. The preheating temperature of trimethylsilane is preferably 400~500℃, and the preheating temperature of hydrogen chloride is about 250~300℃. The preheating device is usually a kind of kinetic energy heat exchanger with catalyst.
The reactor can be divided into two parts, the top and the bottom of the cylinder. The upper part is the reaction layer. The lower part is the thermal insulation layer is also the circulating layer. The liquid and gas are evenly distributed in this reaction layer. The reaction heat of the reaction liquid is evenly dispersed to the heat insulation layer. The ratio of the reaction area of the reaction layer to the heat insulation layer is 1:1. The material flow back up of the reaction layer is also returned to the reaction layer for secondary reaction. In the bottom of the reactor is the stock tank for the overflow of reaction liquid, it can collect the heat generated by the reaction in the reaction layer, and then once again inject the heat into the reaction layer.
The cooling device is mainly used to cool the reaction liquid passing through the reactor. Generally, the cooling capacity is 3000KW, and the water passing through the cooling water jacket can reach the required temperature of 15℃. Generally, a heat recovery device is installed at the inlet of the cooling device, which can recover and reuse the heat of the reaction liquid to reduce the water consumption of the cooling system.
The chlorination vat is the core equipment in the workshop. Its main function is to store the reaction gas and solid products, so as to complete the whole process of chlorination and volatilization reaction. The material of the chlorination vat is usually Q235, and the volume of the chlorination vat is designed according to the specific needs of the workshop.
The dust removal device is an important part of the workshop. It is mainly used for the emission purification of reaction gas. Dust removal equipment is divided into coarse dust removal, medium dust removal and fine dust removal. The specific configuration of the dust removal device should be designed according to the specific situation in the workshop.
In addition, the control system of the workshop should also be in place. The main advantage of a good control system is that it can monitor the whole process of the reaction in the workshop, and the alarms will be activated when the reaction conditions exceed the set parameters.
