1.Process Flow of Iron Water Bag Magnesium-based Composite Shot Blasting Desulfurization Technology
1.1 Dried Iron Water bag→ Lifting Trolly→ Charging Platform→ Vertical Shock Blasting Machine→ Shot Blasting Platform→ Transfer Trolley→ Receiving Frame→ Magnetic Separator→ Dedusting Equipment→ Small Conveyor→ Steel Shot Recovery System→ Cold Water System, etc.
1.2 Detection phase: The safety signs and inspection points of the blasting machine are checked before put into use and the inspection report is checked and accepted according to the design requirements and records.
1.3 Feed phase: the steel pipe is put into place by the conveyor, then transported to the loading platform of the shot blasting machine by the trolley. When starting the shot blasting machine, the steel pipe is automatically loaded and sent to the blasting machine through the push rod.
1.4 Shot Blasting phase: The steel pipe is continuously moved forward under the action of the push rod, and then sent to the shot blasting area in turn by the hook, and shot blasted by the rotary nozzle of the shock blaster.
1.5 Transfer phase: After shot blasting and degreasing, the steel pipe is transported to the lower part of the shot blasting platform for air cooling and released in time. After that, it is taken away manually and placed in the receiving frame or sent to the next process station by the conveyor.
1.6 Magnetic separation phase: Through the magnetic separation device located on the lower side of the shot blasting platform, the scattered steel shots are collected and separated to reduce environmental pollution and improve environmental quality.
1.7 Dedusting phase: The dust generated by the shot blasting is discharged into the dust removal box by the negative pressure system.
1.8 Steel shot recovery phase: The remaining steel shots are transported to the steel shot recovery system, then recovered and separated.
2. Basic Process Parameters of Iron Water Bag Magnesium-based Composite Shot Blasting Desulfurization Technology
2.1 Shot blasting parameters: Material of steel shot is iron-water bag magnesium metal alloy, particle diameter: 0.5 mm-2.0mm; impulse angle from the normal angle of the panel is 45°, steel shot consumption is 8-15 Kg per square meter.
2.2 Magnetic separation parameters: Magnetic induction intensity is not less than 800mT, magnetic field strength is not less than 2500GS
2.3 Dedusting parameters: Air volume of dedusting system ≥ 15000 m3/h
2.4 Steel Shot Recovery System: Steel shot recovery rate≥97%.
