a) Place the mud core material to the grinding wheel accurately;

c) Start the machine with low speed and allow the grinding wheel to turn for about 30 seconds before begin grinding;
d) Switch to Grinding Mode and adjust the grinding wheel according to the actual situation of the mud core material, controlling the grinding wheel speed to grind it correctly;
e) When changing the grinding wheel, stop the machine in time and select the correct grinding wheel to process the mud core material;
f) After the grinding wheel cuts the mud core to the required depth, switch to Cooling Mode to cool down the grinding wheel;
g) Confirm the mud core grinding wheel is well cooled, then use the brush wheel to remove the residue and dust on the surface;
h) Check the mud core processing result and confirm the mud core is meeting the requirement before unloading;
i) After unloading the mud core material, switch to Start Mode and start grinding wheel;
j) After the machine stops working, turn off the machine and clean the mud core.
