HuaShun Special Steel Co., Ltd. (referred to as HS), was established in 2007 as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Yuhuan Special Steel Group. With a total investment of over 1.8 billion CNY, it is located in Yuhuan County – the cradle of China’s special steel production industry.
Through over 12 years of continuous technical and management innovation, HS has grown into one of the largest special steel producers in Yuhuan County. It mainly produces and sells high-end special steel products in the fields of wear-resistant materials, die steel, and special steel. Its products include wear-resistant plates, die steel, cold forging steel and stainless steel, etc.
The company has workshops covering an area of 45,000 square meters and equipped with advanced process technologies. Among them are 8 combined-hydraulic rolling and forging production lines, 32 annealing furnaces, and 22 sintering machines that are of the latest type. These machines have made HS capable of producing and supplying products with a maximum single piece weight of 50 tons and a maximum length of up to 28 meters.
HS has been awarded various honors such as Yuhuan County advanced technological enterprise, Zhejiang Province AAA enterprise and Zhejiang Province quality management demonstration unit. The company complies with the ISO9001 quality management system, TORI special steel quality management system, and safety management system. To be specific, HS implements six management systems:
