HanCheng Steel Company Overview
HanCheng Steel Company is a wholly owned subsidiary of Shaanxi China Steel Group Corporation, the largest steel producer in Northwest China. Established in 1992, HanCheng Steel is located in Cuihong Town, some 50 kilometers south of the HanCheng Center of Shaanxi. Covering an area of 30 hectares and with a total investment of 180 million yuan, HanCheng Steel can produce 120,000 tons of steel smelting, 125,000 tons of casting and 30,000 tons of drawing per year.
Over the past two decades, HanCheng Steel has rapidly grown into one of largest iron and steel production bases in Northwest China. It has earned a good reputation in the iron and steel industry with high quality iron and steel products and massive production capacity.
In addition to production processes, HanCheng Steel also owns a modern Quality Control Center, embracing advanced testing machines and equipments from abroad. The whole production process from raw materials to finished products is conducted strictly according to international standards. To guarantee high grade quality, HanCheng employs operational approach that adhere to ISO 9001, GB/T 9001-2008 and SEP17-2008 quality management systems. Today, most of HanCheng’s products are sold domestically in China.
As times progressed, HanCheng Steel has evolved into a comprehensive steel enterprise that specializes in casting, smelting, heat treatment, machine processing, finished parts production and trade. It’s main products include steel billet, steel round bar, steel flat, steel pipe and steel Structure. Additionally, HanCheng products are divided into three categories: large, medium and small. Large products include billet, flat and round bar, medium products include steel pipes and small batches include finished parts such as hinge, suspension assembly and other parts.
