Agricultural diesel engines are widely used in agricultural production and have important significance for promoting agricultural production. However, as the engine working environment is poorer and the cooling and lubrication systems are unreliable, the energy consumption of agricultural diesel engines is relatively high. In order to improve the utilization efficiency of agricultural diesel engines and reduce energy consumption, the following energy saving measures are proposed:
1. Strengthen the maintenance of the diesel engine: the oil circuit of the diesel engine should be regularly maintained, and the roughnesses on the walls of important parts and the matching surfaces should be checked and cleaned jointly to reduce the friction between them. The parts of the diesel engine should be equipped with appropriate lubricants, and the lubrication oil should be regularly replaced; the concentration and temperature of the cooling water should meet the requirements of the work; In order to make the engines power output reach its peak, its valves, fuel injection pumps, nozzles and other accessories need to be tested and adjusted regularly.
2. Extend the maintenance cycle of diesel engine; Maintenance is an important measure to reduce energy consumption. The running-in period of diesel engine is established from the initial stage of Engine operation. During this period, diesel engine has higher requirements for maintenance and maintenance frequency. When more than 200 hours have been operated, we can appropriately extend the maintenance cycle to reduce energy consumption.
3. Improve the combustion performance of diesel engines: The use of high temperature resistant and low carbon content diesel engine oil can greatly improve the lubrication performance and reduce the fuel consumption of the diesel engine. Using diesel containing better cetane number can improve the combustion performance of diesel engine and reduce the smoke emission; The injection timing of diesel engine should be correct, which can ensure more full combustion of diesel oil in diesel engine and reduce fuel consumption.
4. Adopt advanced drive and control systems: Advanced drive and control systems such as frequency conversion and programmable logic controllers can be used to realize automation management. In this way, dynamic pressure control of transmission system, dynamic gain adjusting method of voltage regulator, speed control of exhaust pipe and other measures can be used to realize the continuous regulation of diesel engine running speed, so as to reduce fuel consumption.
5. Regularly use cleaning agents to clean the engine; The relative fuel consumption of diesel engine is closely related to the cleanliness of its engine. Visible amount of ash and foreign matter in the tank oil can reduce the lubrication power, increase wear of the parts and reduce fuel saving rate. Therefore, we should regularly use efficient cleaning agents to clean the engines to improve the power output and reduce consumption.
6. Improve the insulation of diesel engines: Poor insulation of diesel engines will lead to heat dissipation of the diesel engine, resulting in an increase in fuel consumption. Therefore, the engine sound insulation is improved, and the air back chamber and other parts of the diesel engine are insulated and visor anti-radiative panels are installed to reduce the energy consumption of the diesel engine.
Through the above six measures, the energy consumption of agricultural diesel engines can be effectively reduced.
