The Composition of Automation System for Lime Production

Lime is an important industrial material in modern industry. In order to quickly and efficiently produce high-quality lime products, automation and control technologies are used to control and monitor the whole production process from raw material grinding, calcination, cooling to packing and storage, in order to improve product quality and reduce production cost. The automation system for the production of lime consists of four parts: the field area, the host area, the local area and the network area.

The first part of the automation system is the field area, which is mainly responsible for detecting the process parameters of the production process and controlling the execution of the process. The instruments and control devices used in this area are distributed in the workspace, and are connected with the host and local area via various communication media such as wired and wireless, analog and digital communication, so that the plant can monitor and control the parameters of each process.

The instruments and control devices used in this area are distributed in the corresponding equipment, and are connected with the host area via various communication media such as wired and wireless.

The fourth part of the automation system is the network area, which is mainly used for remote monitoring and remote maintenance. By connecting different areas of the plant and connecting to the external network, the whole process can be controlled, monitored and maintained remotely, which greatly improves the communication efficiency of the whole plant.
