Proposed Agreement for Investing in New Restaurant
This Agreement is made and entered into this________________ by and between the undersigned parties for the purpose of investing in the purchase and operations of a new restaurant.
1. Parties

2. Background
A. The Contractor desires to open a restaurant in the proposed location (the “Site”) which is owned by the Client.
B. The Client desires to receive compensation for the use of the Site.
3. Consideration
A. In exchange for the right to use the Site for the purpose of opening a restaurant, the Contractor shall pay to the Client an agreed upon fee of ____________ which shall be paid in full no later than ___(date)___.
B. The Client hereby acknowledges that the consideration is fair and agreed upon by both parties.
4. Term

7. Independent Contractors

8. Integration
