Process technology of stripping skin of ammeter bar refers to a kind of technology to remove protective layer on the bar surface. A shot gun is used to shoot the steel shots at high speed toward the bar. The steel shots can hit the surface of the bar to remove the oxide layer evenly.
Fourth, hot stripping process is to heat the ammeter bar above the melting point of its protective layer, and then to make the protective layer melt down, so as to achieve the purpose of removing the protective layer. This process is fast and requires less manpower and material resources, but it is necessary to pay attention to the protection of heat-sensitive parts of the bar.
Fifth, photo chemical stripping process is to treat the surface of the ammeter bar with a photosensitive material, then irradiate the photosensitive material with light, and finally the protective layer will be removed after chemical reaction, so as to achieve the purpose of removing the protective layer. This process is environmentally friendly and the cost is low, but the processing accuracy is not high.
