3 Ordering and Contract
3.1 When ordering, buyer should specify the following items
a) Standard,
b) Grade,
c) Size,
d) Surface finish attitude,
e) Packaging,
f) Minimum Pound,
g) Any special requirements.
3.2 Before delivery, The suppliers should agree with the buyers a contract, include items specify in the clause 3.1 and other relative items such as delivery time and quantity, trade terms, inspection and testing level and so on.
4 Supply Status
4.1 This Standard are applicable to cold rolled steel strip, grade 0, B and C.
4.2 The grade 0 shall be apply to parts and components which does not gone through moment or working.
4.3 The grade B and C shall be apply to parts and components which gone through moment or working.
4.4 The size and tolerance of the supply status will be according to the relevant requirements of Table 1.
5 steel grade, chemical composition and mechanical properties
5.1 steel grade
According to the usage, this standard consists of 0, B and C grade.(Table 1).
5.2 Chemical Composition
The chemical composition of steel strip shall be according to the requirements given in Table 2 and Table 3
5.3 Mechanical properties
The mechanical properties of steel strip shall be according to the requirements given in Table 4,
6 Surface condition and precision
6.1 Surface condition
The stell string shall be milled or electroplated or drawed according to the requirement of the buyer.
6.2 Precision
The steel strip shall pin in between the dimension tolerance requirement specified in Table 5.
7 Packaging, marking and shipping
7.1 Packaging
The steel strip shall be packaging based on the requirement of the buyer.
7.2 Marking and shipping
The steel strip shall be marking and shipping based on the requirement of the buyer.
