Design of Iron and Steel Alloy Furnace Smelting Workshop

As one of the basic production operations in iron and steel production enterprises, smelting is the most important operation and a key link in the entire manufacturing process. In the current process operation, the smelting workshop needs to be designed reasonably and carefully in order to improve the overall efficiency, overcome the problems of serious pollution, and make the best of resources.

1. Technical Design

A modern iron and steel alloy furnace smelting workshop should be composed of the main operating area, an auxiliary production area, a material supply area, and associated process systems. The material handling system is mainly to transport and collect the denitrification material; the recycling system is to collect the denitrification material from the denitrification tower and then transfer it to the designated area.

The design of gas recycling system is mainly to collect and recycle the exhausted gas from the furnace, so as to reduce the emissions of pollutant gas into the atmosphere. The gas recycling system is composed of a gas collection device, a gas treatment system and a dust collector. The dust collection device is mainly used to remove dust contained in the exhaust gas.
