The composition of 12CrMoV alloy steel includes 12% of Chromium, 0.20-0.30% of manganese, 0.2% of silicon, 0.2% of molybdenum, 0.20-0.30% of vanadium, 0.1-0.15% of tungsten, and a small amount of carbon and other elements. The chromium-molybdenum-vanadium content of 12CrMoV alloy steel has been increased, which can effectively improve the low temperature embrittlement of the steel and enhance the creep strength of 12CrMoV alloy steel.

12CrMoV alloy steel has excellent heat resistance, good corrosion resistance, strength, wear resistance, fatigue strength, creep strength and other mechanical properties. After heat treatment, 12CrMoV alloy steel can reach an even higher level of hardness, strength, wear resistance and corrosion resistance.
