Composition

30CrMnTi alloy structural steel is composed of 0.24~0.32 wt% carbon, 0.50~0.80 wt% manganese, 0.60~1.25 wt% chromium, 0.45~0.60 wt% Molybdenum, 0.035 wt% vanadium, 0.030 wt% titanium, 0.60~0.90 wt% nickel, and the balance mainly being iron.

Mechanical Properties

30CrMnTi alloy structural steel has excellent mechanical properties. The tensile strength and yield strength can reach 1600MPa and 1400MPa respectively. 30CrMnTi alloy structural steel, also known as 30CrMnTiA, is a medium-carbon steel, with good plasticity, toughness and strength, good hardenability, strong heat resistance and good corrosion resistance.

30CrMnTi alloy structural steel is also known as A30302 steel, often used to make automobile and tractor parts, screws, gears and other components. It is also utilized in the production of steel structures, bridges, ships and vehicles.

The nominal chemical composition of 30CrMnTi is 0.27% to 0.34% carbon, 0.90% to 1.20% manganese, 0.17% to 0.37% silicon, 0.17% to 0.37% chromium, 1.00% to 1.30% titanium, 0.17% to 0.37% vanadium, 0.90% to 1.10% molybdenum, and 0.15% to 0.35% phosphorus and 0.025% to 0.050% sulfur.
