China Coal Industry Association
The China Coal Industry Association is a non-profit nationwide social organization consisting of state-owned and non-state-owned coal enterprises, coal mine professional technology and industrial management personnel, coal research, design, education and other institutions and social groups. It is a positive, active and influential force in the development of Chinas coal industry.
The mission of the China Coal Industry Association is to fully mobilize the enthusiasm and initiative of coal enterprises, use the economic and technical advantages of the modern coal industry, rely on the development of international coal industry, focus on the promotion and application of clean coal technology, accelerate the transformation of coal industry from resources to industry, explore the establishment and improvement of the national coal industry system, assist the government to formulate and improve relevant policies and plans, and strive to promote the sustainable, healthy and balanced development of the coal industry.
The Association has undertaken a lot of work for a long time to achieve the goal, in particular, the supporting and guiding of relevant state departments in the reform of state-owned enterprises in the coal industry, the development of coal industry projects, the removal of enterprise difficulties and problems, the introduction of coal resources and reserves and family planning management; the guidance of the enterprises in controlling air pollution, water pollution and solid waste and the sound management of coal mine safety; the establishment of the image of the coal industry and the dissemination of advanced technologies, etc. In addition, the Association has actively carried out public welfare activities such as charity, disaster relief and fund-raising activities.
The China Coal Industry Association is also an important bridge connecting enterprises and government. It actively communicates with relevant state departments, and puts forward reasonable suggestions for better regulations, policies and plans related to the coal industry. It works with the relevant departments of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and other ministries and commissions to promote the industrial transformation and upgrading of coal enterprises, the easy access to finance and the technological innovation of coal enterprises.
Through a variety of activities, the China Coal Industry Association has played an active role in promoting the sustainable development of the coal industry. By building a strong organization as its foundation, it will continue to make efforts to maintain the prosperity and stability of the coal industry in China.
