Operating Procedure of Jaw Crusher
1. Before operating jaw crusher, all operators must wear protective equipment and read the operating instructions carefully.
2. Before starting the engine, make sure there is no abnormal sound, vibration or other abnormal phenomena. After the engine is started, it is forbidden to place hands, feet and other body parts directly into the mechanical operation zone, and it is forbidden to use the tools in this zone.
3. Check the tightness of the existing bolts before each shift to prevent them from loosening.
4. Start the crusher only after inspection and confirmation that its rotating parts are normal.
5. Before changing crusher parameters and other settings, personnel must notify the operator and stop the machine before making any changes.
6. When using the crusher, the material to be crushed must first be broken into small pieces and sorted, and then double checked for foreign objects.
7. During the crushing process, as long as there is any sign of over-packing, or material can not be discharged normally, the power should be immediately turned off and the cause of the fault should be eliminated.
8. During the crushing process, it is forbidden to move and dismantle the department without authorization.
9. Once the discharge is blocked, the power should be stopped after the non-rock object is removed to check the machine, and the personnel must confirm that it is normal before restarting the machine.
10. After the crusher is stopped, the bearing temperature should not be too high.
11. The crusher should be placed in a dustproof environment, and waste oil and dust should be completely removed before starting.
12. Special personnel should be responsible for the maintenance and repair of the crusher. Do not touch and repair the machine in power on state, so as to avoid electric shock, mechanical accidents, personal injury and other dangers.
13. After long-term operation, please stop the machine and check the jaw crusher wear parts once a month.
14. The operator should take the initiative to develop good operating habits, strictly abide by the technical operation and maintenance system, guarantee the safety and reliability of the crusher operation, and at the same time, improve the efficiency of the production line.
