Abstract

In this paper, the properties and applications of XML30 cold upsetting steel material are introduced. Cold upsetting steel material has excellent mechanical properties and chemical properties, which makes it widely used in chemical and oil pipelines, bridge building, railways and other fields. By comparing and analyzing the main mechanical and chemical properties of XML30 cold upsetting steel material with relevant data, it is concluded that XML30 cold upsetting steel material has good comprehensive characteristics, and is suitable for use in many engineering fields, so it is increasingly used in many industries.

1 Introduction

XML30 cold upsetting steel is a low-alloy steel product with excellent properties and high chemical stability. It is made of low-alloy steel by cold upset. It has excellent mechanical properties and chemical properties, so it is widely used in chemical and oil pipelines, bridge building, railways and other areas.

2 Properties of XML30 cold upsetting steel

(1) Mechanical Properties

In terms of mechanical properties, XML30 cold upsetting steel needs to meet the requirements of YB/T5035-1993 Cold upset steel. The chemical composition requirements and mechanical properties of Xml30 cold upsetting steel are presented in Table 1. 3 Applications of XML30 cold upsetting steel

4 Conclusion
