ZBH44004-1988 cold, warm rolled ribbon for stainless steel wire rope
Stainless steel wire rope is a commonly used wire rope material. Cold, warm rolled ribbons are essential accessories for stainless steel wire ropes, so the quality of rolled ribbons directly affects the performance of stainless steel wire ropes. This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, packaging, storage and transportation of cold, warm rolled ribbons for stainless steel wire ropes.
This standard is applicable to cold, warm rolled ribbons for stainless steel wire ropes. The stainless steel grades which can be produced are 0Cr25Ni20 and 0Cr17Ni12Mo2, and the strength grade is 0.02-2.25 mm2.
1. Requirements
1.1 Dimensions, Shape and Tolerance
The dimensional tolerance of cold, warm rolled ribbons should meet the requirements of Table 1. The rolled ribbons shall be straight, without obvious cracks and burrs, and the surface is smooth and clean.
1.2 Mechanical properties
The mechanical properties of cold and warm rolled ribbons shall meet the requirements of Table 2.

2 Test methods
2.1 Length and diameter measurement
The length and diameter of the ribbon are measured by a measuring instrument and adjusted to the standard.
2.2 Cold bend test
The cold bend test is performed at room temperature according to GB/T 232-2010.
2.3 Tensile test
Tensile test is performed according to GB/T 228.1-2010.
2.4 Elongation test
Elongation test should be carried out according to GB/T 130-1988.
3 Inspection rules
3.1 Inspection method
The inspection and acceptance of cold, warm rolled ribbons for stainless steel wire ropes shall be carried out according to the provisions of Table 3.

3.2 Inspection rules

4 Sign
When the manufacturer produces cold and warm rolled ribbons for stainless steel wire ropes, he shall mark the following information on the finished product:
Product name, manufacturer name and address, product grade, specification, strength grade, standard name and batch number.
5 Packaging, storage and transportation
5.1 Packaging
Cold, warm rolled ribbon for stainless steel wire rope should be packed separately in a sealed package and stored in a dry and ventilated place.
5.2 Storage
The cold and warm rolled ribbon for stainless steel wire rope should be stored in a dry and ventilated place.
5.3 Transportation
The transportation of cold and warm rolled ribbons for stainless steel wire ropes should be carried out in accordance with the requirements of related transportation regulations.
