Iron Ore Beneficiation Plant
An iron ore beneficiation plant is a facility that washes iron ore from soil and prepare it for use as a feedstock in various industrial processes. This machine spins the ore, allowing the most useful particles to pass through a spinning wheel and become the useful fraction. The fraction that is unable to pass through is deposited in a container, allowing the ore that is useful to be further processed.
Once the useful material has passed through this stage, it is sent to a furnace for further heating, evaporating and drying. This helps reduce the size of the minerals and separate out the finer particles. After the ore has cooled, it is ready to be sent to the final processing facility, where it is made into a final product. After the product has been created, it is transported to a storage facility, where it can be used in various industrial processes.
