Clogging Part and Disposal of Combine Harvester
The combine harvester is widely used in threshing and harvesting operations in the agricultural field, and it is the main agricultural mechanization equipment in modern agriculture. In the process of threshing and harvesting, the combine harvester is prone to blockage due to its poor grains, straw, stalk blocking part. It will seriously delay the progress of threshing harvesting, at the same time, also bring a certain economic loss to the farmers. Therefore, we should pay attention to the prevention of blockage of combine harvester and carry out proper disposal methods for blocked combine harvesters.
Clogging in combine harvester is mainly caused due to mechanical failures. The main components are threshing cylinder, concave, separator, sieve, chute and so on. Of these, the threshing cylinder, concave and separator are the three large parts that are most prone to blockage.
1. Threshing cylinder blockage
The main reason for blockage of threshing cylinder is the accumulation of large amount of wrapper in the gap between threshing cylinder and auxiliary rake. The foliage and husks that are not completely discharged at the front of the threshing cylinder will accumulate inside the threshing cylinder. When the accumulation of straw exceeds the discharge capacity of the threshing cylinder, the straw will block the cylinder, resulting in a blockage.
To prevent threshing cylinder clogging, the farmer should check and clean the threshing cylinder regularly. During the operation, the operator should pay attention to observe the dynamic state of the threshing cylinder, and timely grasp the accumulation of straw. When the straw in the threshing cylinder is found to be too much, the straw must be cleaned in time to discover the blockage of the threshing cylinder in time. When clearing the blockage, the threshing cylinder should be taken out and twisted left and right until the blockage is cleared.
2. Blockage of the sieve
Blockage of the sieve generally occurs when the seeds pass through the sieve, and the impurities in the seed are not completely removed. When the impurities are too much and the sieve is opened too large, it is easy to cause blocking of the sieve, and makes the grain not pass through the sieve, resulting in a blockage.
To avoid clogging of sieve, you should check the sieve regularly before harvesting. If the sieve is blocked with impurities, you need to remove the sieve and clean it. You can also adjust the speed and gap of the sieve to reduce the amount of impurities in the seed, so as to avoid sieve clogging.
3. Separator blockage
Separator is the main part of straw cutting, and it is also the most important for straw separation. If the straw is mixed with more impurities, the blockage of the separator will increase, resulting in a blockage of the separator.
In order to prevent clogging of the separator, you should check the separator before each operation, and adjust the gap of the separator in time according to the measured gap. Secondly, if the impurities such as algae are mixed into the straw, it should be adjusted according to the condition of the material to reduce the mixing ratio of the impurities, and it should be operated at high speed to enhance the effect of cutting and separation. When the blockage of the separator occurs, the separator should be taken out and cleaned up.
Therefore, the operator must pay attention to the prevention of blockage in the daily operation of the combine harvester. Regular clean-up should be done to detect and remove clogging of the combine harvester in time. When the blockage of the combine harvester does occur, the operator should immediately take appropriate disposal methods to avoid unnecessary delays in the harvesting operation.
