Introduction of Industrial Automation Instrument
Industrial automation instruments refer to instruments used in industrial automation production and control, aiming to monitor, record, control and adjust production parameters, in order to achieve automation of the production process and improve the accuracy, efficiency and stability of the production process. Types of industrial automation instruments
1.Pressure instruments
Pressure instruments are instruments used to measure the pressure of a fluid and generally convert pressure signal into electrical information. It can be divided into differential pressure transmitter, pressure gauge, pressure switch and pressure transmitter.

3.Flow Instruments
Flow instruments are instruments used to measure fluid flow. The measurement of fluid flow generally uses volumetric flow meter, velocity Flow meter and mass flow meter. The vortex flow meter and movable type (target) flow meter is often used as velocity flow meter, because of the requirements on the medium, most of flow meter is only suitable for single medium measurement.
4.Level Instruments
The level instrument is an instrument for measuring the level of a liquid or material in a container. Commonly used instruments include float type level switch, pressure type level gauge, live type level gauge and ultrasonic level gauge. Float type level switch is a mechanical type level switch, its structure is relatively simple, relatively low cost, generally can be used to control alarm or open and close control automation; Pressure type level gauge is used to measure the pressure of a liquid or material directly, and can measure level or pressure accurately; Live type level gauge is mainly used for level measurement in low pressure condition; Ultrasonic level guage is a non-contact measuring instrument based on the principle of ultrasonic wave.
