Soft Magnetic Alloy Strips Winding Ring Core (YB/T5251-1993)
Soft magnetic alloy strips are widely used in various components and core structures of magnetoelectric devices in the form of rings and tape, and have become an indispensable parts for the magnetic field devices. Generally, soft magnetic alloy strips are wound or stamped into ring shape. This paper mainly introduces the process requirements and related technical parameters of winding ring core of soft magnetic alloy strip according to the national industrial standard YB/T5251-1993.
The technological requirements of soft magnetic alloy strips winding must meet the following conditions. Firstly, the allowance should be strictly checked according to the standard size. Material, flatness and other requirements should be strict. Secondly, the tightness of wrapping, stamping, etc. should be strictly checked. Thirdly, the coil shape of winding soft magnetic alloy strip should be uniform and regular, and it is not allowed to have overlapping and twisted wire phenomenon. Finally, winding wire should be kept in the clean and dry environment.
The technical parameters for the winding of soft magnetic alloy strips ring core are based on the outer diameter of the ring core, including the winding width B0, winding number N and the corresponding inner diameter D0. The winding number refers to the number of turns consistent when the winding end diameter corresponds to the diameter at the beginning of winding.
In the process of winding, it is necessary to ensure the inhomogeneity and uniformity of the inner and outer diameters of the winding when using soft magnetic alloy strips and other materials. In addition, special attention should be paid to the winding position of soft magnetic strip winding ring core and other components. When the angle between the two is less than 3° and the winding angle is greater than 30°, the winding operation should be stopped, and the work should be rewound.
