The LWD type vertical kiln electrostatic precipitator is a kind of dust control device for industrial boilers, cement kilns, steel mills, thermal power plants and othe coal combustion facilities. The device is composed of two parts: a pre-filter and a precipitator. The LWD type vertical kiln electrostatic precipitator is characterized by its high dust removal efficiency, low operating cost, long service life and wide application range.

The LWD type vertical kiln electrostatic precipitator works by collecting particulate matter in the flue gas through the pre-filter, and then further collect it through the precipitator. The gas passes through the inlet guide vane and enters the pre-filter, where large particles such as dust particles and ash are filtered out, and the flue gas enters the precipitator for collection. The inside of the precipitator is filled with hundreds of metal collecting electrodes which carry a negative charge.
