12Cr1MoV alloy structural steel is an ultra-high strength, rust-proof, wear-resistant and heat-resistant alloy structural steel developed and supplied by China. Overview

12Cr1MoV is a kind of ultra-high strength and heat-resistant alloy structural steels, which are characterized by low carbon content, high-temperature strength, corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance, and good welding performance. Composition

Mechanical Properties

The strength and ductility of 12Cr1MoV alloy structural steel usually increase with decrease of temperature (A) and the steel is usually used at the temperature of 540℃~590℃. The tensile strength and yield strength are generally 600-1000MPa and 400MPa, respectively, and the elongation is around 16%.

Applications
