China Baked Food and Sweets Industry Association
China Baked Food and Sweets Industry Association (CBFSIA) is a professional social organization engaged in the research and development, production, supply and marketing of baked food and sweets in China. The mission of CBFSIA is to promote the sustainable development of the industry and to encourage responsible production, consumption and marketing of products to ensure the health and safety of consumers.
The Association is a non-profit organization under the guidance of the Ministry of Commerce and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the Peoples Republic of China. CBFSIA is dedicated to promote cooperation and communication within the industry, provide services to members, promote the technological progress in the field, and make every effort to promote sustainable development of the industry.
CBFSIA is mainly composed of enterprises in the baked food and sweets industry, including manufacturers, suppliers, importers, distributors, dealers, research institutions and individuals who voluntarily join. It includes the following branches: the Baked Food Branch, the Sweets Branch, the Importers and Exporters Branch, the Engineering Technology Branch, the Quality Supervision Branch and the Nutrition and Health Care Branch.
The Association holds regular annual meetings, which are a platform for communication and exchange of experience between industry professionals. It also holds a variety of forums and seminars.The CBFSIA organizes cooperation projects and invites experts to conduct technical exchanges with its members. It also organizes production activities, competitions and appraisals of products to promote quality improvement and technological progress.
The CBFSIA issues journals and awards which are intended to regulate industry standards and increase public awareness of the industry. It also holds an annual “China Baked Foods and Sweets Achievement ” Awards to honor outstanding products and companies in the industry.
The Association provides professional advice to its members on regulations and technical standards. It also trains personnel and updates technology in the industry. CBFSIA actively participates in international forums and activities related to the baking industry, promoting the industrys global exchange, development and progress.
The Association is devoted to providing a comprehensive and comprehensive service to the baking industry, creating a good market environment and helping its members to grow healthily and orderly. With the joint efforts of all members, the baking industry of China will be better and stronger.
