Zhejiang Times Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. is one of the leading shipbuilding companies in China and is situated in the southern part of Hangzhou, the capital of Zhejiang Province. Since our foundation, we have been devoted to the design, construction and repairs of several types of ships and boat, including barges and tugs, fishing vessels, and various recreational and offshore boats.
Our convenient location, excellent facilities and superb skilled staff attract a wide variety of “Class A” ship repair and conversion projects from customers across the region. In 2007 we officially became a state-owned enterprise, creating us the only shipbuilding enterprise in China that holds core state-owned enterprise status.
The production capabilities of Zhejiang Times Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. are extensive and encompass a variety of structures from container-ships to merchant ships as well as tankers, refineries and vessels for military use. Our resources include a total crane capacity of up to 170 tons, six dry docks and a complete set of CNC equipments, such as drilling, milling, grinding and lathes.
In response to our clients’ ever-growing demand, we have recently developed a new department dedicated to the provision of quality repair and conversion work. The department is well equipped with experienced welders and steelworkers, blasting booths, and a 3,500m² workshop complete with a full set of modern cutting-edge equipment.
In addition to our shipyard facilities, Zhejiang Times Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. also includes an R&D department dedicated to developing high-quality and advanced shipbuilding products. We continually strive to stay abreast of current market developments and trends and invest heavily in research and development of new technologies.
