Installation Requirements of Clip Check Valves

1. Firstly, the installation position of the clip-type check valve should be close to the gate valve, and it should not be installed on a dead line, so as to ensure that the check valve can be cleaned frequently when the gate valve is opened.
2. The direction of the valve should be in accordance with the flow direction arrow on the valve body, which is indicated by the direction of the flow arrow on the flange surface.
3. The sealing surface of the clip-type check valve should be coated with a layer of paste-like anti-corrosion material before installation.
4. The upper two or three clips of the clip-type check valve should be loose before installation.
5. The box-type check valve should be installed horizontally and the clip should be relaxed.
6. The elevation should meet the requirements of engineering design, including the requirements of and 4 frames.
7. The pipeline where the clip-type check valve is installed should be cleaned to remove impurities before installation.
8. After installation, air-leakage tests and hydraulic tests shall be conducted in accordance with regulations.
