Liaowu Steel Group Co., Ltd. is an integrated enterprise which produces steel products and offers a variety of related services. The Group is located in Liaowu City, Shandong Province, China and has the registered capital of 200 million yuan. The total assets of the Group are nearly 2 billion yuan. It has become one of the largest integrated steel enterprises in the region by taking advantage of local iron ore resources and the opportunities arising from the development of railroads and highways.
The Group has four major production bases and three production plants. Its four major production bases are located in Liaowu, Shanxi Province, Chengdu City, Sichuan Province and Baotou City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region respectively. These production bases have adopted advanced and complete processing systems, including sintering, coking, ironmaking, steelmaking, rolling and other production lines. All the four major production bases have the sinter-shaft-type furnaces, ironmaking and steelmaking systems with high production efficiency and low energy consumption. The 3 production plants are equipped with electric arc furnaces, ladles and continuous casting machines which supply oxidized high quality steel products.
The total annual production capacity of Liaowu Steel Group is more than 8 million tons of steel products, which are mainly sold to clients from more than twenty countries and regions, such as Japan, South Korea, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia and Vietnam. It has also become one of the main suppliers of raw materials for Chinas steel industry. The Group undertakes various types of services for its clients, including maintenance and repair, technical training, technology transfer and consultation services.
