Specifically, organizations may face challenges such as ensuring communication between various departments, ensuring the participation of all stakeholders, and maintaining superior employee motivation levels under K-type management. To ensure success, organizations should utilize tactics such as the creation of an effective administrative and communication system, the establishment of tiers of management and a chain of command and the establishment of an open and information sharing culture.
