The wheel rim rolling mill is designed by casting wheel experts, which can manufacture wheel rim ranging from 6 to 16 inches. It is equipped with advanced technology, such as in-line metallurgical measurement and automatic detection system for wheel rim wall thickness. By the wheel rim rolling mill, MASCO not only manufactures wheel rim with good shape, but also can satisfy flatness and other requirements according to customers needs.
The wheel rim rolling mill includes rolling stands, hydraulic reversing unit, finishing rolled wheel rim devices, conveyor system and other components. The rolling stands have double-reversible double-stand type, and the diameter and roughness of the wheel rim are controlled by a motorized speed control system. The rolling stands gear-pairing structure, together with the rolling wheels reverse movement, allows the wheel rim to be rolled into specifications and with even wall thickness. The wheel rim rolling mill also has an integrated loading system, which is capable of loading wheel rim of up to 100kg with an efficiency of 0.5 minutes, which optimize the production capacity of wheel rim.
The wheel rim rolling mill integrated with excellent cooling system, which provides temperature control system, quick oil temperature adjuster, forced cooling by a fan, retarding system and oil smoke recuperator. Through the temperature control system, MASCO is able to control the oil temperature, optimize cooling timing, and improve the production quality and output of wheel rim.
