My dad and I have a really close relationship. Were best friends, and we do stuff all the time together. We like to go for hikes in the park, watch movies on DVD, and hang out at the beach. We both like sports and take our dog on walks. We also like to go fishing. Whenever I need him hes always there to help me and give me advice.
My dad is a great listener and gives the best advice. Hes wise in a way that only a dad can be, and he has a very calming presence. Hes eager to help when I need it, whether its a problem with school, or a tough decision Im trying to make. He never judges me, and always gives a fresh perspective that I wouldnt have thought of otherwise.
When it comes to anything I have going on, hes my biggest supporter. He encourages me to follow my dreams and supports me through it all. Hes always giving me words of wisdom, showing me how to do things, and teaching me lessons that Ill carry with me for the rest of my life.
