labor contract
This contract, made and entered into on this____ day of _____year, between Mr. _____ [Part A], hereinafter referred to as the employer, and Mr. _____ [Part B], hereinafter referred to as the employee.
1. Employment--The employer hereby agrees to employ the employee at the ______ [name of business enterprise] as ______ [position], and to provide remuneration for services performed in the amount of _____per month.
2. Commitment--The employee hereby agrees to commit himself to the honest, faithful, diligent and expert performance of his duties, and to use his best efforts to promote the interests of said enterprise.
3. Vacation--The employer shall grant the employee an annual vacation, from _____ [date] to _______[date], with full pay. The employee shall take the remaining vacation days in accordance with the employer’s regulations.
4. Termination--The contract shall remain in force and effect until terminated by either party giving the other party _____ [number] days written notice. The employer reserves the right to terminate the contract at any time with or without cause.
5. Social Insurance--The employer shall insure the employee with the social insurance program according to the laws and regulations of the _____ [country], and shall pay the full amount of the employees insurance premiums.
