Life is a Journey
Life is like an uncharted journey, sometimes unexpected, but definitely enriching. We have no control over where we come from and the environment into which we are born, but we do have control over the direction our lives take. Throughout the course of our lives, we go through a myriad of experiences, some good and some bad. These experiences ultimately forge our character and shape our destiny.
At the beginning of our lifes journey, we arrive innocent and wide-eyed with boundless possibilities ahead of us. We dont yet know what will come our way and what twists and turns our life will take. We are faced with countless decisions every day and it is up to us to make our own choices. We can take the easy route, meandering our way along the path weve been presented with, or we can choose to challenge ourselves and blaze new trails.
As we boldly embark on our paths, determined to make a difference in the world, we are faced with a potentially turbulent ocean of emotions. We can often feel overwhelmed by the magnitude of the challenges ahead of us. We may decide to turn and run, back to the familiarity of our everyday lives. But if we search within ourselves and summon the courage to keep going, we will be pleasantly surprised by what lies ahead.
Every step of our journey will bring with it new skills, knowledge and perspectives. Along the way, we’ll find new friends and allies who can help us and support us. The bumps and detours we may encounter will make us more resilient, preparing us for the next challenge. With each new experience, our eyes will be opened wider, well be able to see more of the world and discover the beauty that lies in every corner of it.
As our journey takes us deeper, we come to understand that the road less travelled is often the most rewarding of all paths. Well soon find ourselves in amazement that our life has taken us to places we never imagined, and we come to understand the beauty of being alive.
At the end of our journey, no matter how far we have traveled or what experiences we have had, we will have grown and evolved. We may have become more wise and know more about ourselves. We have fought and endured and made it to the end triumphantly.
