Article I: Introduction
This bill is in place for the creation and protection of citizens in all regions of the world. The bill is to be written and recognised as comprehensive in its purpose, and should provide equal protection for citizens across all regions through a system of treaties, interstate agreements and the recognition of existing international laws.
Article II: Main Points
1. The bill provides for a system of international trade which is fair and free and in accordance with genuine concerns for welfare, economic respect and security of the citizens in each region.
2. The bill creates a more transparent regulatory framework for international economic cooperation and outreach, as well as developing and improving the conditions of trade to create an environment of stability and prosperity.
3. The bill provides a system of collective security through an interconnected system of global and regional security partnerships, as well as collective actions to be taken in the event of regional or international aggression or threats.
4. The bill creates a framework for the fostering of political, economic and social stability, through cooperation and mutual recognition, which will help foster good governance, mutual understanding and sustainable development.
5. The bill provides for an independent and global justice system, to be managed by an impartial body, to tackle issues of human rights or combat acts of terror, with equal justice accessible to all.
Article III: Overview
The bill provides for the establishment of global protocols for the sharing of resources amongst member states, as well as for the upholding of existing international laws and their development. Furthermore, the bill seeks to develop a collective security system so as to ensure the security of all citizens, via the creation of a system of regional and global security partnerships, increased cooperation amongst nations, and collective action on issues of political, economic and social instability. In addition, the bill seeks to create an environment conducive to economic growth, to combat poverty and to ensure the health and prosperity of citizens in all regions. Finally, the bill seeks to establish a system of global justice, whereby citizens can access a free, fair and impartial system of justice.
Article IV: Conclusions
This bill is intended to provide citizens in all regions with a comprehensive system of international justice, security, trade and resource sharing, for the good of all. The bill seeks to create a framework for a just and prosperous society which is accessible and equal to all, through the upholding of global justice, increased cooperation and the sharing of resources, for a better future.
