Operation Procedure of the WRJ-1512 Standing Cold Chamber Die Casting Machine
The WRJ-1512 standing cold chamber die casting machine is suitable for die casting of non-ferrous metals, especially for aluminum alloy casting products, it is an ideal equipment for making aluminum alloy products. 1. Machine inspection
Before operating the machine, it is necessary to check whether the machine parts are in sound condition and whether the lubricating oil is sufficient. If the oil quantity is less than the prescribed value, the machine needs to be filled with lubricating oil in time to ensure its normal operation.
2. Preparation before work
* Check whether the die casting mould is in good condition and the size tolerance of the product before the die casting.
* Adjust the feed box and auxiliary equipment of the die-casting machine according to the requirements of the die-casting process.
* Unscrew and take out the die casting die and install it in the die casting machine.
3. Operation procedures
* Connect external power, open the power switch of the power cabinet, close the control switch on the console, and start the electrical system.
* Adjust the valve set of the main circuit according to the actual need, adjust the pressing force, injection pressure, injection speed and other parameters, and maintain a constant pressure during the process of continuous injection;
* Adjust the experiment start panel air and oil pressure to properly control the filling mode.
4. Post-operation inspection
After the completion of the die-casting work, the operator needs to check whether the product meets the requirements, the size tolerance is consistent with the product requirements, and whether there are missing parts. If any abnormality is found, the operator needs to stop the machine immediately and contact the supervisor.
5. Equipment maintenance
At the end of a shift or at the end of a cycle, the operator should carry out maintenance and lubrication of the equipment in a timely manner, including cleaning the surface of the machine, cleaning the filter device, checking the moving parts, and adding oil to the lubrication parts.
6. Shutdown Procedure
* Observe the inspection items and complete the work;
* Transfer the working conditions of the electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems to the normal working state;
* When the above conditions are all completed, press the emergency stop switch, and then turn off the master switch of the console, power cabinet and other power sources;
* Keep the surrounding of the die-casting machine clean and tidy, and remove the unpressed parts and raw materials in time.
