Short Introduction
China Heavy Machinery Research Institute (CHMRI) is a major state owned research held by China National Heavy Machinery Corporation Limited. The purpose of the institute is to provide strong support for increasing industrial technology, innovation and product development, continuously enhancing China’s heavy machinery industry market competitiveness and contributing to a sustained and healthy development.
The institute carries out basic research and technological development in a variety of areas related to heavy machinery, such as mechanical and electrical engineering, material science, computer applications and other cutting-edge technologies.CHMRI has developed a wide variety of research projects and programs in collaboration with universities, research institutes, industries and other external organizations, such as energy conservation and environmental protection, intelligent manufacturing and new energy automobile.
