Low-voltage asynchronous motor debugging

Low voltage asynchronous motor is an important member of the electric motor family. As a power source of electromechanical drive products or electrical appliances, it has wide applications, such as fans, air conditioners, pumps, refrigerators, washing machines and other home appliances, as well as water pumps, compressors and other industrial products. The normal operation of the low voltage asynchronous motor depends on the accurate debugging of the motor, so the debugging of the low voltage asynchronous motor is particularly important.

The debugging of low-voltage asynchronous motor can be divided into six steps: power system design, power grid design, power installation, motor operation startup, motor running state adjustment, and motor maintenance emergency treatment.

The power system design of low-voltage asynchronous motor should take into account the characteristics of the equipment, the category of the equipment and the needs of the use. The power grid design requires the realization of the power grid design and the use of flexible single-machine parallel connection of the motor. In the installation of power grid, the power switchgear should be installed as close as possible to the motor, and the section box of the motor should be ensured to be sealed. The power system design should also consider the voltage drop of the motor line, the insulation level of the motor and the overload protection of the motor.

After the power system design and power grid design, the power installation is carried out. In the process of power installation of the low-voltage asynchronous motor, we should pay attention to the installation sequence, that is, firstly we need to install the power section box and the motor switchgear, and then connect it to the cabinet through bare wires. Then install the motor. After installation, check whether the lifting points of the motor are loose, whether the connection screws of the three-phase power supply line are screw-tightened, and whether the grounding line is connected firmly.

The low-voltage asynchronous motor should be started according to the direction indicated on the nameplate of the motor after the power system and grid installation are completed. When starting and debugging the low-voltage asynchronous motor, the power supply voltage should be adjusted and stabilized to ensure the normal operation of the motors parameters. According to the principle of stator current and speed, the three-phase voltage should be balanced and adjustable and the suitable amount of damper winding should be set. Through the adjustment of voltage and damper winding, invariable speed operation should be realized with no fluctuation of the current.

When realizing the balance of motor running state, according to the “torque - current - speed law” of the motor, the upper and lower limit of the motor current should be determined according to the motor load to ensure that the motor does not work in overload. When debugging the low-voltage asynchronous motor, the parameters of the motor running state should be measured with instruments and the balance of the motor should be checked. After being put into use, the temperature, vibration and noise of the motor should be monitored, and the temperature rise, vibration and noise of the motor should meet the requirements.

In the maintenance of the low-voltage asynchronous motor, regular maintenance should be carried out according to the maintenance regulations. For long-time no-load operation, maintain the cleanliness of the motor and overhaul it regularly to check the working condition of the shaft seal and bearing. When the bearing of the motor needs to be replaced, proper lubricating oil should be added and the lubricating oil should be supplemented in time.

In a word, the proper debugging of low-voltage asynchronous motor is the premise to ensure the normal operation of the motor, and regular maintenance of the motor is the prerequisite to ensure the stable operation of the motor. In the daily use of the motor, we should pay attention to monitoring the production environment, the temperature and vibration of the motor, to ensure the normal operation of the motor and reduce the motor failure rate.
