1. Introduction

This Agreement is made between [PARTY AS NAME], referred to as the “Employer” and [PARTY BS NAME], referred to as the “Employee”. This Agreement is effective as of [DATE], (“Effective Date”).

2. Position and Duties

The Employees duties and responsibilities shall include, but not be limited to: [POSITION AND DUTIES].

3. Misdemeanor

The Employee shall not, at any time while employed, commit any misdemeanor that would reflect negatively on the Employer.

4. Compensation

The Employee shall be compensated, as agreed upon and outlined in the attached pay stub. The pay rate shall be [RATE].

5. Vacation and Leave Benefits

The Employee shall be entitled to vacation and paid leave benefits as outlined in the attached sheet.

6. Hours of Work

8. Termination

This Agreement may be terminated by either party, at any time, upon written notification to the other party.

12. Non-Disclosure
