1. Introduction

2. Position and Duties

The Employee shall not, at any time while employed, commit any misdemeanor that would reflect negatively on the Employer.

The Employee shall be entitled to vacation and paid leave benefits as outlined in the attached sheet.

8. Termination
This Agreement may be terminated by either party, at any time, upon written notification to the other party.

10. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between both Parties relating to the subject matter of this Agreement and supersedes any and all prior agreements, understandings, negotiations or conversations, written or oral, between both Parties.
11. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be interpreted, applied, and enforced under the laws of [STATE], without regard to its choice of law principles.
12. Non-Disclosure
