Technical Equipment Industry Standard Regulations (Part 2)
1. Scope of application
This standard applies to the design, manufacture, testing and installation of machinery and equipment used in various industrial production and business activities.
2. Basic requirements
1) The design of machinery and equipment shall be reasonable in structure and easy to use, so as to ensure safe and reliable operation.
2) The manufacture of machinery and equipment shall conform to the approved design and quality requirements.
3) The safety performance of machinery and equipment shall meet the relevant occupational safety requirements.
4) The operational performance of machinery and equipment shall meet the relevant operational requirements.
3. Design
1) The design of machinery and equipment shall take into account the requirements of industrial production, operation, maintenance and environment protection.
2) The design of machinery and equipment shall consider the dangerous points of the machinery and equipment, and make corresponding protection measures to prevent or reduce the possibility of personal injury, occupational illness, environmental pollution and other related consequences.
3) The design of machinery and equipment should meet the corresponding requirements of energy conservation and environmental protection.
4) The design of machinery and equipment shall make full use of existing technologies and meet the performance requirements while reducing costs.
5) The design requirements of machinery and equipment shall be in accordance with the relevant technical standards.
4. Practice and testing
1) The production process of machinery and equipment shall be in accordance with the approved design and quality requirements, and shall be tested and inspected by the corresponding test equipment before delivery.
2) The safety performance and operational performance of the machinery and equipment shall be tested and inspected in accordance with the relevant safety performance and operation performance requirements.
5. Installation and commissioning
1) The installation of the machinery and equipment shall be in accordance with the approved design requirements, and the installation shall be checked and accepted in accordance with the documents.
2) The commissioning of the machinery and equipment shall be carried out in accordance with the approved design and quality requirements, the safety performance and the operational performance shall be checked and accepted, and the corresponding safety measures shall be established and enforced.
3) After the commissioning, the safe operation training of the personnel and operators of the machinery and equipment shall be carried out, so as to ensure the safe and correct use of the machinery and equipment.
6. Maintenance
1) The maintenance of machinery and equipment shall be carried out strictly in accordance with the approved design requirements and quality requirements.
2) The maintenance personnel of machinery and equipment shall pay attention to the discovery of the dangerous points in maintenance and the timely filing and reporting of the relevant safety accidents.
3) The safety performance and operational performance of the machinery and equipment shall be tested and inspected periodically, and the maintenance and repair shall be done at the same time.
7. Records
The relevant design documents, production records, maintenance documents and test records of machinery and equipment shall be kept in good order and never discarded at any time, so as to provide a guarantee for safe use.
