Method for Automatic Control of Steel Liquid Level of Crystalizer

Crystallizer is a kind of equipment widely used in metallurgical production process. In order to ensure the normal production of metallurgical process, accurate control of the liquid level of the crystallizer is very important. This article introduces the method for automatic control of the liquid level of the crystallizer.

The automatic control of the steel liquid level of the crystallizer has the following three steps.

Step 1: Install the quartz crystal level gauge. The quartz crystal level gauge is installed at the bottom of the containing tank. When the steel liquid level changes in the containing tank, a non-contact electrical quartz crystal reactance is generated between the electrode and the quartz crystal. The current of the quartz crystal can indirectly indicate the liquid level of the containing tank.

Step 2: Install an electrical proximity switch. An electrical proximity switch is installed at the top of the container. When the liquid level of the container changes, the electrical proximity switch is connected or disconnected, and then the signal is sent to the controller.

Step 3: Connect the controller and the gate valve. The gate valve is connected to the controller. The controller is used to control the opening and closing of the gate valve according to changes in the level of the electromagnetic switch. Whenever the level needs to be adjusted, the controller can automatically adjust the gate valve to the appropriate opening and closing position.

In the automatic control process of the crystallizer steel liquid level, the controller should regularly adjust the opening and closing of the gate valve according to the changes of the quartz crystal current and electromagnetic switch level to maintain the normal liquid level of the crystallizer. It is necessary to maintain a uniform temperature of the containing tank, so as to ensure that the steel liquid level is not affected by thermal expansion and contraction.

Automatic control of the steel liquid level of the crystallizer can effectively ensure the normal production of the metallurgical process. Therefore, it is necessary to purchase a high-precision quartz crystal level gauge, and a reliable and stable electrical proximity switch can be selected to ensure the stability and accuracy of the crystallizer steel liquid level control.
