Service Contract Sample
This service contract is made and entered into this [date] by and between [Name of Client], having its registered office at [Client Address] (hereinafter referred to as “Client”) and [Name of Service Provider], having its registered office at [Service Provider Address] (hereinafter referred to as “Provider”).
1. Nature of Service
The purpose of this contract is to define the terms and conditions under which the Provider shall provide the following services to the Client (“Services”): [list services that the Provider will provide the Client].
2. Duration of Service
The Provider shall commence work on [date], and shall complete the Services by [date].
3. Fees Payable to Provider

a. The Provider shall provide the Services in a timely and professional manner.

5. Obligations of Client

6. Termination
