Tata Steel Limited is a multinational steel making company headquartered in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. It is one of the worlds most geographically diversified steel producers, with operations in 26 countries and a commercial presence in over 50 countries. Tata Steel has a consolidated revenue of US$ 22.43 billion in FY 2017- 2018 and steel production of 28 million tonnes during the same period. Its operations include the extraction of iron ore and coal from mines, and the production and sale of finished steel products.
