New Rolling Method of Non-Standard Alloy Steel Belt
Non-standard alloy steel belt is an important part of steel industry. It can be used for many purposes, such as shipbuilding, oil tank, construction, and so on. The normal rolling method of non-standard alloy steel belt has relatively low efficiency and high cost. Therefore, there is an urgent need to develop new rolling methods of non-standard alloys steel belt. In this paper, two new rolling methods of non-standard alloys steel belt are introduced in detail.
The first new rolling method is called slab rolling rolling. The slab is cut into long strips with the same width, and placed on the rollers of the rolling machine. The rollers are then driven to roll the slab with a certain speed. The rolling speed is controlled by the roll gap and roll diameter. After the rolling process is finished, the strip will become a certain size non-standard alloys steel belt. This method is suitable for producing large and thick steel belt with uniform width and thickness.
The second new rolling method is called strip rolling blow rolling. The strip is put into the rolling machine with a certain angle, and then rolling and sheeting machine is used to sheet the strip. This sheeting process will form uniform width and thickness steel belt with high strength and good ductility. This method is suitable for producing thin and small non-standard alloy steel belt.
Both of the two new rolling methods of non-standard alloys steel belt have their advantages and disadvantages. The slab rolling method can produce larger and thicker non-standard alloys steel belt in shorter time but with higher cost, while the strip rolling blow rolling is suitable for producing thin and small non-standard alloy steel belt with lower cost but longer processing time. Therefore, it is necessary to make proper choice of the rolling method according to the specific requirement.
In conclusion, the two new rolling methods of non-standard alloys steel belt are studied in this paper, which can be used for producing large and thick, or thin and small non-standard alloy steel belt with uniform width and thickness. Both of the two rolling methods have their own advantages and disadvantages, so it is necessary to make proper choice according to the specific requirement. The development of the new rolling methods of non-standard alloys steel belt provides new options for the production of non-standard alloy steel belt and reduces the cost of production.
