Founded in 1951, China Construction Second Engineering Bureau Co., Ltd. (CCSEB ) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of China State Construction Engineering Corporation. Located in Beijing, it is a comprehensive engineering company with capabilities in engineering design, consultation, construction and project management.
